Your main responsibilities will be:
Operational skills mandatory for at least one of these domains:
o Architectures .NET/debugging/performance testing
o Datacenter Architecure: Storage/network/load balancing/Firewalls
o Database Oracle 11/12 datapump/rman/PL/SQL
o Web applications: IIS Java/Tomcat/Apache/SSL
o ITIL Processes
* Technical lead on supported application
* Provide level 3 support & expertise for technical issues
* Manage your assigned integration environments and secure Go-lives with the relevant teams
* Proactively handle impacts of technical changes or upgrades on systems
* Work in close relationship with both local and global teams
We are looking for a proactive team player with good problem analysis and resolution skills. You should have experience in large and critical IT production environment.
You have to be rigorous, and you have to be both business and technical-oriented.
Experience: 1 to 5 years in technical matters over production environment, ideally in distributed environments (web-based applications, Citrix's farms).
Education: Computer Science.
English language is mandatory.
