Responsibilities:
- Identifying and understanding clients existing web and software development functions both internal and outsourced, including development life cycle, software systems, database management, software development testing and implementation process and methodologies.
- Understanding any in-flight or proposed application projects that may impact the overall solution recommendation.
- Identify and analyze current ADM operation status, Application solution development to support front line in overall solution design.
- Understand the dependencies of ITO solutions and business process and other components to develop complete solutions for customers.
- Define the process and engagement matrix for a third party or partner engagement with Huawei being client facing contract prime.
- Define the measurements and metrics to manage the third party or partner in the delivery of specific ADM services.
- Evaluating and recommending QOS standards and defined test and release management protocols for the implementation of applications under a managed service contract.
- To establish industry best practice for the application of maintenance function within the context of the overall solution.
- Participate in high level customer (CXO,VP) communication, includes high level customer solution presentation.
- Input onto customer RFI/RFP response.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of market and technology evolution for ADM services.
Qualifications:
- At Least 10 years + experience in Applications development.
- At Least 6+ years experience in Data base design and analysis.
- Consulting experience gained within a telecoms operator or vendor or an industry recognized consultancy practice.
- Relevant experience in IT service provider (IBM, HP, Accenture, Dimension Data, ATOS, Wipro, TechMahindra, TCS, etc.).
- Knowledge of the following areas of ADM, operation, IT outsourcing services sales and delivery, ADM solution architecture, transition, maintenance, system optimization and performance improvement, with large and medium-sized outsourcing projects. Delivery experience, and or project development experience preferred.
- Significant experience in delivery of responsibilities at a senior management level.
- Evidence of relevant continued development in specialist area.
- Strong communication skills, strong sense of service, Outstanding presentation skills with technical and non-technical audience.
- Proven analytical, time-management, problem solving and consulting skills.
- Strong relationship building skills and overall comprehension of sales cycle.
- Education Bachelor degree in information science or computer science or above.
- English Fluent, 2nd and 3rd languages an advantage.
- Able to undertake global travel requirements.
