C# Developer - .NET Developer - EU Organisation

We are looking for experienced C#/.Net Developers' to work on a major project in the Hague for one of the most important organisations in Europe! This is a long term project where you will be working for a major EU organisation in a lead position helping in the analysis, design and development.

You will be:

  • Taking the lead in the analysis, design and actual development (programming) of the solution, including prototyping, based on the existing solution requirements specifications and high level technical architecture, using amongst others Microsoft .NET (C#), Javascript, Microsoft SQL Server, Elastic Search and Active-MQ;
  • Implementing unit tests for the developed components;
  • Contributing to the improvement of the development and build process.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of formal higher education at least equivalent to a level of bachelor degree and minimum of 7 years of experience in software development
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft .NET (C#) development
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with ASP.NET MVC development
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Javascript frameworks development

Desirable Knowledge of:

  • MS SQL Server; TFS or other ALM and Continuous Integration tools; Active-MQ (A-MQ); search engines such as Elastic Search or Attivio; ASP.NET MVC; SOLID principles, DDD and design patterns
  • Working knowledge of English (B2 level) is mandatory
