Our client, a large and highly established financial services firm is currently looking to speak with experienced SAS Analytics Programmers/Specialists to join their very successful team here in the heart of Dublin City Centre. The role would be an ideal fit for someone experienced in the area of Financial Services/Risk Analysis, who is looking to continue their career progression by working on a large scale and exciting new project.
Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating, maintenance, and conducting reports on automated credit strategies across Risk Analytics.
- Participate in the firm's large scale programme of change and transformation across to new model platforms.
- Demonstrate subject matter and extensive knowledge in the areas of complex data structures and the usage of SAS tools.
- Competently execute the implementation of models and strategies in a complex and SAS environment.
Experience:
- 4-5 years' postgraduate experience as a SAS Specialist/Programmer/Consultant.
- Prior exposure to the financial services industry or large financial data sets.
- Can demonstrate proven experience across SAS/ETL DI Studio, SAS/Macro, SAS/Enterprise Miner, SAS/Base.
- Proven experience with different databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, DB2, Sybase.
- Datamodelling/Risk Modelling & Data Warehousing experience.
