Description
Support Engineer L3 .NET and Hadoop - Senior wanted for our Zurich based client in the IT sector.Your experience/skills:
- Previous working experience as L3 Support Engineer within a .Net or Hadoop environment, solid Java knowledge is mandatory
- Extensive knowledge in and experience with C#, Silverlight, SQL Server and the Hadoop ecosystem (mainly HDFS, Parquet, HBase, Oozie, Spark, Sqoop, Hive, Impala, Solr)
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Troubleshooting and resolving tickets raised by clients
- Supervising and conducting training programs for new joiners
- Keeping up on latest technologies and related areas
- Documenting all the defined processes and the methods of resolving tickets as well as performing knowledge transition during project enhancements
