SC Cleared Software Architect - Cloud / Open Source / Node.js / Java - London - Up to £650pd - Outside of IR35.People Source Consulting are currently seeking an Experienced Technical architect with an in depth knowledge of Cloud Architecture, Java, Node and Open Source technologies to take on a 12 month contract in Central London.
I am happy to confirm, this role has been confirmed as falling outside of IR35 by the HMRC tool.
The successful candidate will join a fully agile team assisting with my clients move from a large outsourced SI arrangement to an in-house largely cloud and open source based solution.
This role is suited to candidates currently or very recently working within GDS, with valid SC Clearance or higher.
Key skills required:
*5+ Years Development Experience
*Strong ability in Node.js and Java
*In depth experience of cloud architectures and practices
*Deep knowledge of Open Source technologies
*Understanding and ability in Agile delivery (Ideally alongside Scrum methodologies)
*Agile Delivery matched with Scrum Methodology
*Experience Liaising with / influencing of senior management
*Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical parties
*Experience defining NFRs
*Strong Working knowledge of Microservice Architectures
*Background working within Government Digital Services (GDS)
*SC Clearance
In return my client are offering a day rate of up to £650pd (Outside of IR35) on an initial contract term of 12 Months.
Candidates will need current SC Clearance.
