Senior Java Developer - Contract - Dublin.
My client a leading global firm is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Java J2EE Developer to join them on a contract basis for 6 months.
The key elements of the role are in delivering prototypes and completed applications. The Core to this role is communication with project team and specifically the Business Analyst, to understand the requirements behind the various solutions required to support them in the run of their business as well as the on-going improvement initiatives they seek to implement. The role requires strong development skills across Java and database technologies.
My client is looking for someone with Java programming experience in a J2EE/JEE environment, you will also have SQL & PL/SQL stored procedures, packages, functions and triggers. Successful candidates will have ability to work to a solution architecture. It would be seen as advantageous if you had experience with Java Server Pages (JSP) and you were able to use HTML, XML, Javascript and CSS.
