Senior Developer - Java Technologies and Python
Must be fluent Swedish Speaker - Will be based in Gothenburg Sweden
We are looking for a developer who likes to get things done with quality and feeling for the whole task taking things from start to finish and staying in touch with the customer. The importance is based on the code that keeps the system together with many databases, new technology and demanding tasks.
Work consists of:
Exploration, design and implementation of components in one layer.
Development of components you work with:
Databases (Cassandra, MySQL, PostgreSQL, XML)
Event driven design (Kafka, JMS, HornetQ)
REST/Web APIs
Scaling of web applications
As a developer, you are responsible for (in the team):
Assurance all the way out to customer
Design & Maintainability
Testability
Scalability in components
Requirements:
- Have a driven personality who takes responsibility and constantly wants to develop
- Have a habit and enjoy working in teams
- Have a lot of programming experience.
- A few years of work experience with Java focus.
- Have a lot of experience in database-based development.
Good to have:
- Programming experience in Python/Kotlin/Groovy/C/C ++/C # et al.
- Java EE technologies (JPA, ...)
- REST/Web APIs
- NoSQL technologies (Cassandra specifically)
- Apache Kafka el. messaging
- Ansible
- Monitoring (metrics, ...)
- Algorithms, optimization
