Description
Support - AngularJS 1 & 2 with profound iOS stack knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the IT sector.Your experience/skills:
- A Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field along with more than more than 6 years of IT experience in development or support, preferably in the banking sector
- Expertise in J2EE/ Hibernate/ Struts/ Spring/ MVC/ EJBs/ Web Services/ RESTful API/JMS/Corba
- Excellent Knowledge of OOPs concepts, Design Pattern & SQL along with experience in Web Services: SOAP/REST ( JAX RPC/WS/RS)
- In depth knowledge in supporting Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, NodeJS
- Practical experience in batch Jobs support & exposure to Control-M environments
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Being responsible for 3rd level support for several strategic applications including close collaboration with various development teams, 1st / 2nd level support and CTO
- Working on tighter SLAs which will ensure the overall SLA of service delivery as well as monitoring the application status in the production environment
- Supporting the development team in defect fixing, incident analysis and production status reports
- Creating and maintaining KDB for troubleshooting issues / new configurations to empower and enable SDOs in terms of knowledge levels in long term
- Performing analytics on user behavioral and KPI reporting as well as offering suggestions to improve the product
