Description
Our client, a Federal Govt. Department is looking for a Web Designer who can contribute to the design and development of new and existing external-facing websites using the Drupal Content Management System (CMS) or other platforms as required.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills/experience:
1. A strong design portfolio with suitable experience working with web, in particular designing responsive and accessible products.
2. An understanding of HTML, Javascript, PHP, CSS, and jQuery to contribute to development of websites and services.
3. Solid and demonstrated understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0
4. Designing for Drupal themes
5. Website development using open source stacks
Security clearance - Baseline (as required by the client)
Contract period - 10 months
