My client is a leading Gaming & Betting business. This opportunity is based in Gibraltar.

A strong BI Developer is required to assist in the delivery of technical solutions to support the BI analytical, reporting and operational elements of CRM. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft SQL stack is required.

The company is currently going through an exciting transformation. To meet businesses requirements, they are currently expanding their strong BI Team. The projects you will be involved in are pivotal to the success of the current strategy.

You will be working across BI, CRM, Product and Marketing. You will support the implementation of new initiatives in such a way that performance can be measured effectively and reporting and predictive insight is delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand how data within the core business systems relates to business activities
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into unambiguous technical requirements and solution designs
  • Define dimensional data models to support reporting, data mining and analytics
  • Develop ELT/ETL processes using SSIS
  • Develop stored procedures in TSQL and PL/SQL
  • Develop reports using SSRS

Knowledge Skills & Experience

  • Have experience working in development within a BI or data warehousing environment
  • Deep understanding of SQL and if possible, Oracle database technologies
  • Proven experience of developing ETL/ELT processes, SSIS.
  • Demonstrable experience of dimensional Datamodelling techniques
  • Understanding and experience of database and application query performance tuning
  • CRM related development advantageous
  • Work well with in an Agile' framework
  • Any SSAS experience would also be beneficial
