The Role
Signify Technology Group are looking for a Senior Contract Scala Developer (Scala, Play, Kafka and SQL) for a minimum of 12 months, this opportunity offers 1-2 days remote working.
What We are looking for in the Senior Contract Scala Developer (Scala, Java, MongoDB and NoSQL)
Strong functional programming skills with Scala
Experience working with Java and other JVM languages also considered
SQL
TDD
MongoDB
Cassandra
Kafka
Strong experience with relational database management systems,
Must write clean and Scalable code
Experience working with Agile methodologies
Large Scale distributed projects
Must speak and write in English
Desirable
Web services such as REST
Experience with Continuous Development/Deployment
Elasticsearch
