ServiceNow Consultant - Administration, Development
My client based in Luxembourg are currently looking for an experienced ServiceNow consultant to join them for an initial 3 month contract.
Details are as follows:
Responsibilities:
- Participate in all technical aspects of project and solution delivery (ongoing support),
- Serve a key member of implementation project team,
- Customize and enhance ServiceNow,
- Turn business requirements into technical solutions,
- Interact with customer business and technical team members in person and via Skype, WebEx,
- Solve technical challenges across multiple complex projects at a time,
- Configure and customize all aspects of ServiceNow (Workflow, UI, client scripts, business rules, etc.)
- Prepare all client facing and internal technical deliverables,
- Drive continuous improvements to increase client delivery efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop cloud platform automation,
Experience Required:
- ServiceNow experience required (minimum Geneva, Helsinki as advantage)
- ServiceNow Systems Administrator certification preferred,
- Implementation Specialist certification preferred,
- 4+ years of experience as a technical resource on delivery engagements in complex environments,
- Solid JavaScript skills (including AngularJS, Bootstrap),
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, Web Services, etc.),
- Strong communication skills (active listener, think before acting, superb verbal and writing skills),
- Demonstrated consulting aptitude (understanding of business drivers behind technology, problem solver, attention to detail, resourcefulness, not afraid to ask questions, etc.),
- Orchestration, Discovery, ServiceWatch, Event Management, Cloud Management - a large advantage,
