3419 IT - Sharepoint Solution Architect
Next Ventures are currently executing a serach for an experienced Sharepoint architect for a project in Sweden - short term assingnmnet can be 100% or longer term if part time ie 50%.
Background
Currently Sales people find it very hard to find information about products and product related information. Information is very scattered and it's difficult to find the correct information when you need it. The key challenge is that today there is no place to get a good overview of what is available and therefore the sales people spend a lot of time finding information in different sources, time that they could have spent better. To address this an initiative called Central Repository was created in ran under H1 2016 and has now passed G2. As part of the previous phase, a high-level solution design was approved including high level effort estimates
The assignment
The assignment is to execute the activities required in the Define phase and include to create a detailed solution design and a detailed project charter and plan including detailed effort estimates. Duration is estimated to 4-6 weeks and the total number of hours are expected to be around 300. Time is of essence. Work will be done in collaboration with SMRT stakeholders. Since the ambition is that the implementation project should by march 2017, the assignment as described here, in the must be completed by then.
Skills
The assumption is that the following skills are required;
SharePoint Solution Architect(s) - strong knowledge and experience in converting business and functional requirements to detailed SP solutions.
Output/Deliverables
After the assignment, the following deliverables shall be completed; IT Approved Detailed Solution Design for version 1.0 of the Central repository solution.
