Embedded Linux Engineer/Developer - STB (Set Top Box)
An Embedded Linux Engineer/Developer is required by my client in England, you will be based on site five days a week for this role.

The Embedded Linux Engineer/Developer will have worked in the Broadcast Media/Technologies industry before and have the following attributes.
Skills:
- Embedded C Programming
- C++ Development
- Enterprise Scale Development
- Kernel or Middleware Development
- Strong knowledge around Decoders/Transcoders
- Video Compression Systems
Bonus Skills:
- Hybrid TV (HBBTV)
- OpenIPTV Forum
- RDK (Reference Design Kit)
This is a long-term contract for the right candidate potentially over 12 months in duration.
