QA Automation Tester - Continuous Integration
Location: Copenhagen
Start date: 14.08.17 preferably
Duration: 3-6 months initially with likely extensions thereafter

A QA who lives for continuous integration.
The client is always on the road towards making everything about testing as automatically as possible. As QA in one of their Agile Teams you'll work together with their software developers, DevOps, Scrum Master and product owners. They have highly skilled software developers, but lack some QA's for their Agile Teams.
For the time being they work with technologies like Docker, Jenkins, Junit, Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Scrum, JIRA, (they also have Legacy techs but all their new and present projects are built on those techs listed)
They would like to push Agile work processes towards a full adaptation in DS. One step in this process could be working with Behaviour Driven Development also since they push to get their product owner alike persons to take responsibility.
They are passionate about improving their Continuous Integration setup and their Agile working processes. They listen to everybody about improvement possibilities. A highly knowledgeable team where they want to make each other better. They share knowledge.
The QA they are looking for will still do old kind of manual testing, but they would like that the person strives to make this as little as possible. Also, helping their other QA's on the road towards a fully automatically continuous integration environment. The department is always open towards new methods/tools that help them on this path.
Being good at networking is of course also a good thing. Being able to sell new ways of doing automatic testing would also help.
They also strive to make the creation of their test systems as automatically as possible. Presently they try to obtain this by using Docker, AWS, Terraform, Packer, Gradle, Java, Spring Boot. They strive to have a State of the Art setup regarding DevOps. They believe in Infrastructure as code.
As you might have noticed a large understanding of modern Agile software development is needed for this position.
English is the only language required for this role.
