My client based in the West Midlands is keen to recruit an experienced Process Change Consultant who has a background of delivering change within a complex business functions.
You will be a Six Sigma qualified consultant operating at black belt level, experienced in running workshops, collating As-Is information and defining the To-Be environment.
You will have a hands on approach, happy to be involved in all elements of process work including producing high quality plans, you will be able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and communicate across the programme team to help deliver successful change within this complex client environment.
You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and above all you will have a positive personality, able to meet challenges head on and deliver positive results encouraging colleagues to work with you along the way.
