Description
Our client in Cork, Ireland have a contract DevOps Engineer role, the ideal candidate must have experience in:
- Docker
- Orchestration tools, rancher, swarm, kubernetes
- Linux administration
- Continuous delivery (Jenkins/GOCD)
- Cloud computing (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of distributed systems, HA configurations
- Network operations
- ELK
- Monitoring tools (Grafana, prometheus)
- Version control, GIT
- DB (mongo, HBase, SQL/NoSQL)
- Configuration Management Systems such as Ansible (preferred), Puppet, Chef etc.
- LDAP
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to understand the customer products, platforms, software development procedures.
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Excellent people interaction, teamwork, and oral/written communication
