Description
My client in Gothenburg, Sweden is looking for an Senior Fusion System Safety Engineer for a 6+ month contract.
As Sensor Fusion System Safety Engineer you will be responsible for documentation and argumentation around the safety aspects of the sensor fusion algorithms, as well as finding solutions for how the solution shall be deployed.
You will define targets together with other stakeholders and deliver towards those targets, with respect to time, technical quality and performance. You will also write and understand incoming and outgoing requirements. The work is performed in scrum teams.
Main responsibilities
System safety work for sensor fusion algorithms, visualisation and simulation tools
Involvement in sensor supplier cooperation
Develop and manage requirements, architecture and documentation that builds the safety argumentation.
Qualifications
M.Sc in electrical engineering, applied physics, mechatronics, control theory or computer science
Deep knowledge and interest in ISO26262 and/or other safety standards
Experience in software development, preferably in C++
Fluent in English, spoken and written
Driver's license B

Ability to take own initiatives to full fill assigned high level tasks
