Workday Compensation Lead - Workday, Lead, Compensation
Contract - 4 months+
Paris - EUR640 per day

THE ROLE
As the Compensation Lead you will be responsible for leading the Compensation team on an implementation of Workday Compensation to assure maximum stakeholder adoption.
THE CANDIDATE
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate solid experience gained across a minimum of one Workday implementation from a functional perspective. You will also need to show experience of guiding a team of 4 to 6 people.
THE PACKAGE
This is a contract role for an initial engagement of 4 months with a rate of EUR640 per day but potentially will open up more opportunities and longer engagement for the right person who fits well with the existing project.
