Responsibilities:
- To provide technical support and guidance to online marketers throughout Europe/CIS and MEA
- Provide direct IT support to the online manager, marketing and web production teams (response and handling of service requests and system troubleshooting) based on new company global platform (Adobe AEM)
- Guide and release HQ system standard procedure to local IT teams
- Liaising with regional subsidiaries on-line managers and product managers
- Day to day contact with Web Agencies - web content production team, online marketing support team
Qualifications:
- 2 + years of experience in Website operation/development area, experience in developing and managing websites including analytic tools
- Experience with the following Languages & Scripts: HTML, Javascript, CSS, .NET, PL/SQL (junior or higher level)
- Database experience and WebCMS experience is preferred. e.g HP Teamsite, Adobe AEM
- Knowledge of web security (XSS, Plain text transmission, etc)
- Good client facing and communication skills to all levels of management
