Front End Developer - JavaScript, TDD, Agile, React.
My client a major digital organisation requires a strong Front End Developer with strong JavaScript experience to join a team of engineers, using hyper modern JavaScript technologies in an Agile/TDD environment. The team is now going through a phase of taking .NET Back End/Angular Front End applications and converting them to build their journey's in React/Microservices and this role will be focussing on the React aspect. Current/previous React skills will be nice to have, otherwise the aptitidue to pick it up and use it.
Core skills for the role are:
- First class JavaScripts
- TDD/Agile/Pair Programming
- CSS - Strong attention to detail to pick up some CSS work as part of the project
- React (Highly desirable, but not essential, but will be keen to pick up and use)
- Nice to have (bonus) skills - .Net, Node.js, similar high-transactional/digital environments
