Telecommunications background in Billing Systems

Broad knowledge of key telecommunication IT systems - eg. Billing, sales, customer care, network management, etc.
Agile development methodologies
Detailed database design knowledge
Broad knowledge of leading operating systems (incl. Windows, HPUX, Sun Solaris, IBM AIX, Linux)
Multi-Tier Application Architecture
Web Standards
