Hallo,

We are looking for aggressive and high-performing Sales Director for our client (CMM Level 3) to meet our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve your financial targets. The position is based out of Eschborn in Germany will report into the European head of the business

Job Responsibilities:

• Own and meet and/ or exceed annual sales targets
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base in known and new geographies
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship by providing support, information and guidance, recommending new opportunities, profits and service improvements
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
• Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
• Willing and able to take responsibility for driving the evolution of go-to-market strategy and continuously grow the revenue with consistent sales efforts
• Responsive, highly accountable and solution focused when dealing with clients


Desired Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in IT/Software sales with a proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, sales planning, carry through and close deals
• Should be very fluent in German and English and be expert in DACH market and the European market in general
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education background of Sales/Marketing or related field, an MBA a plus
• Must be highly skilled hunter and/or farmer, self-motivated with self-confidence, patience and strong desire to exceed expectations
• Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors
• Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
