Position Title: Scrum Master

Responsibilities:
- Ensure everyone lives by the values and the practices prescribed by Scrum.
- Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions.
- Manage the expectations of the stakeholders including the product owner and protect the team from external and internal distractions.
- Remove impediments so that the team can focus on the work at hand and follow scrum practices.
- Act as an Agile Scrum coach for the team and help the team perform at their highest level.
- Ensure delivery excellence, customer delight and team motivation.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Approx 10 years of experience in IT Industry with 3 years of Agile project management work experience.
- Experience in Agile BI implementation.
- Understands end to end BI delivery process and has handled at least three implementations, preferably one in Big Data & Analytics space.
- Must have very good understanding of multiple ETL tools/ Databases/ Reporting tools.
- Good Technical understanding with an ability to influence & coordinate with multiple sets of stakeholders.
- Experienced in implementing Scrum in distributed development environment.
- Experienced in process definition, management and improvement.
- Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, managing, and monitoring the project .
- Must have solid understanding of the limitations of Agile/Scrum, and how to mitigate them with Servant Leadership skills.
- Experience in guiding diverse cross-functional teams to high performance.
- Fluent in English and French Language for business communication.
