Job Description
- As a SME/Analyst, you will own solution in an application, SME will design new IT solutions, modify, enhance or adapt existing systems and integrate new features or improvements.
- SME must have a high level of technical expertise and clear insights into one of the technical or business processes.
- You will conduct a cost analysis and agree the timeframe to implement the proposed solution.
- Your role is to liaise between internal and external clients and stakeholders, including colleagues and developers, throughout the development process.
Key skills required for the job are:
- Broad knowledge of hardware, software and programming;
- Deep knowledge of capital markets
- Working knowledge of programming as well as analytical skills in one of the following:
- Oracle/SQL
- Java
- C++
- Linux/UNIX;
- Web-based technologies.
- Knowledge of VDPS application would be preferred
- Highly motivated with outstanding analytical skills
- Fluency in English required
- Sound knowledge about design patterns
- Out-of-the-box thinking to provide innovative solutions and ideas
- Flexibility, a proactive approach, sense of responsibility, and perseverance
- Excellent ability to work collaboratively in a distributed, diverse team and across cultures in a global environment
