Genesys Expert Contact Centre
An excellent opportunity for a Genesys Expert to work for an industry leading client on there support program working with Retail and insurance Domains. You must have excellent experience within Contact Centres and ideally have excellent skills with Core Java (although not essential) English is mandatory and Swedish is a plus.

- NICE voice logger/configuration
