Application and infrastructure support of an internet portal
Requirements:
Technical skills:
• Solid experience with Windows infrastructures (Windows Server 2012)
• Advanced SQL Server database skills (MSSQL 2014)
• Experience in definition of monitoring parameters and setup of performance counters
• Solid understanding of High-availability concepts, data mirroring, replication, disaster recovery
• Good understanding of IIS
• Understanding of network infrastructures (including firewall rules, load-balancing, web-gateways, DMZ concepts)
• Experience with real-time infrastructures is considered an asset
• Experience with CMS and CRM is considered an asset
• Experience with task scheduling (e.g. UC4) is considered an asset
Communication and organizational skills:
• Solid English language skills (spoken and in writing); German skills are considered an asset, but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Sense of responsibility and taking ownership of tasks
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and keep control in stressful environments
• Experience in customer support
• Experience in request, incident, change and problem management (ITIL)
