Urgent! Business Analyst Senior - Based on Sweden
Background
Our Client is embarking a project to implement Genesys as a global communication platform for 29 Customer Support Centers globally. Our Client will work with a System Integrator for the implementation, but will also build up internal competence on the platform.
This Request is for a senior Business Analyst with very good analytical skills and experience from requirements work in the implementation of Standard Solutions.
The task for this assignment is to work with the following areas:
Secure that requirements and agreements regarding solution design is documented in a clear and consistent way.
Facilitate the process to escalate design decisions to relevant forum.
Support project SME's in the process of defining and documenting requirements.
Maintain a Project Scope Document and secure that changes are captured and processed in Change Control Board.
Co-ordinate dependencies and requirements on Our Client Web development team.
Requirements:
Knowledge
Requirement management in a Standard Solution implementation.
The assignee must have very strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in
Requirement management in large implementation projects.
Implementation of Standard Solutions.
Strong sense of identifying value adding activities and focusing effort.
