Solution Designer - Financial Services - Scotland
Rate: £400-£500
Duration: 6 months (view to extend) Start Date: ASAP - 4 weeks
Our Edinburgh based, Financial Services client, urgently require a Solution Design Manager to join them on an established digital programme. The main objective of this programme is to enhance the organisations mobile app to increase customer usage.
Key Skills:
This is a Solution Design position and the successful candidate will have:
- Solution Design/Service Design experience of scoping or shaping digital programme
- An understanding of Customer Journeys and mapping out Customer Touchpoints
- Experience producing Business Cases
- Ability to liaise with Technology and Business divisions
- Ability to manage Senior Stakeholders across multiple divisions
- Mobile App development experience would be considered a distinct advantage.
