FinXL IT Professional Services is an established innovative Australian company providing technology enabled business solutions and consulting services across a number of industries including Telecommunications, Commercial, Government and Finance.
FinXL are looking to engage ServiceNow Technical Consultants and Developers for one of our high-profile clients on an initial six (6) month engagement.
The role includes hands-on development and ability to work closely with solution designers, application architects, project managers, various technical teams and the business stakeholders to translate business requirements into working, high-quality development packages. Including, but not limited to: development work (both change and bug fixes) on ServiceNow instances, participation in requirements and solution definition, work package estimation, time logging, supporting testing and working closely with IT teams and adherence to the SDLC and delivery practices and standards.
Key Accountabilities & Area of Responsibility:
- Work closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities.
- May include UI, Workflow and Application development activities, enhancements, break-fix and new modules.
- Develop ServiceNow customisations including, but not limited to: Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, workflow administration, report setup, and data imports.
Experience required:
- Proven track record in ITSM technologies and comfortable in a dynamic and challenging technical organisation
- 2+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform in multiple medium to large enterprise environments
- Experience with ServiceNow client and Server Side Javascript and the ServiceNow APIs
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems such as Active Directory, Single Sign-On, Web Services, etc.
- Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow.
- Possess experience with new ServiceNow implementations/deployments
