In this project you will have the opportunity to explore new technologies and test new ways of working. How about working in a cross-functional team using the Hamburger Method to plan your next minimal valuable product delivered to the client's customers using Continuous Delivery?
They actively encourage an open environment where they develop and operate products together as a team. They know that their products will live for a long time and they apply the principles of Clean Code, TDD and pair programming to ensure that they always deliver high quality software. Their teams have recently started to use mob programming as well.
They think a small and cross functional team is an efficient team and they organize themselves with that in mind. They invest time and energy into building their teams with retrospectives, teambuilding and after work activities. Their project has several agile coaches working with the teams.
English is the only language required for this role.
