Mobile Device Manager;Altiris;MDT; Prague; 12 month contract

Minimum of 5-7 Years of experience in Image Management

Start date - asap
Contract – 9 months to a year
Location – Prague, Czech Republic
Rate – open, please state on application
Fluent English

Must Have:
-Certified in : Administration of Symantec Client Management Suite
-Have one or more of the following certifications; MCSE, MCSA, MCITP on Latest versions
-Knowledge in troubleshooting the issues on Operating systems - Windows 7 and Windows 10
-Must have a proven record of delivering technical solutions
-Good understanding on the hardware like Desktop, Laptop and peripherals
-Should have good exposure on the troubleshooting of Microsoft Office products
-Should be able to troubleshoot the issues which arises during the patching
-Should be able to perform the client patch testing and implementation.
-Knowledge on MDT 2010 & MDT 2012 and Altiris
-Candidate must have ability to understand and analyze the issue.
-Strong communication (oral and written)
-Able to manage the shift alone in the absence of L3 resource
-Should be able to learn the new things if the KT provided by the senior resource.
-Co-ordination skills with different teams and suppliers.
-Able to implement the change as per the direction given by senior resource.
-Knowledge in ticketing tool Remedy.
-Should have good documentation skill.
-Provides operational statistics and escalates operational issues as requested

Job Description
-Image Management Engineer - will be responsible for supervising the day to day operational and administrative activities for image management, ensuring that all processes are followed / executed and the targets on Metrics are met.
-You will be expected to guide the team in the fulfillment of goals in relation to Service Level Agreements. You will assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex issues/problems raised by team members.
-In addition, excellent written and oral communication skills are critical for interfacing with clients and working in a close knit team environment.

-Act as the primary technical resource for Desktop Support back-end systems including MDT, WSUS, Altiris

Key Result Areas:
-Research, evaluate, and recommend innovative client solutions
-Provide expert technical guidance and best practices for traditional desktop client management.
-Provide End-user Computing support to clients which includes provisioning, asset management, monitoring, implementation, troubleshooting and support for End-user Computing operations and related infrastructure
-Knowledge of Microsoft App-V or other application virtualization platforms
-Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities and follow through on tasks
-Being flexible with working on off-hours, weekends, and even holidays
-Being able to work in a team environment
-Troubleshoot Operating system / image issues and provide necessary L3 support to Maintain Run books for End User computing operations
-Design/Develop Application Solutions for packaging and deployments utilizing Altiris distribution
-Maintain task sequences for various global sites
-Maintain MDM solutions (Mobile Device Management) using Airwatch or Mobileiron or Good
-Maintain configuration for MDM solutions to Troubleshoot mobility issues
-Working knowledge of Active Directory and group policy management.
-Expert level software packaging experience in Admin Studio required.
-Scripting experience in VBScript/Powershell is required to troubleshoot and automate the issues resolutions
-Evaluates current procedures and processes for accomplishing department objectives and continuously develops and implements improved practices.
-Consults with customers regularly to identify needs, develop and implement proposals.
-Develops and maintains effective relationships with customers
-Identifies and prioritizes system requirements and enhancements, and communicate effectively
