Description

LOCATION: Tulsa, OK

STATUS: Contract 6months +

JOB DESCRIPTION: The candidate will operate as part of the team in support of SharePoint and Office 365 operations. Tier 2 Operational Support is also needed for issues related to delivered capabilities, and ability to demonstrate solutions during development.

Responsibilities:
Support SharePoint day-to-day activities, including systems design, development, end user support, process modelling, enhancements, change management, and educating the enterprise on SharePoint best practices
Gather requirements and identify proper solutions that meet organizational needs
Develop and customize team sites, libraries, lists, views, and workflows
Provide production support and maintenance including performance tuning, bug fixes, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. On call support of production systems is required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or equivalent technical experience.
Requires 2+ years of experience developing and supporting solutions using SharePoint 2010 or higher.
Experience working with SharePoint 2010 or higher in following areas: Master pages, Page Layouts, Content Types, Lists, Libraries, Workflows, Permission Groups Topology, Webparts, Sites and Collections
Must be able to deliver high-quality work on time to specification while balancing competing priorities
Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment
Must be willing to be adaptable and flexible in future work assignments, including the development and support of Office 365-based solutions
Additional Knowledge In Areas Is a Plus
Experience developing Powershell scripts for automation and/or integration purposes preferred
Experience in workflow solutions
Experience developing Front End customization using HTML 5 and CSS 3 to include functionality of various SharePoint web parts
Experience developing websites using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services (API's), ASP.NET, C#, XHTML, XML, PHP, or XSLT
Office 365 Experience
Preferred
Strong working knowledge of full software life cycle, from analysis to implementation.
Experience in working in Agile environment
The ideal candidate will be passionate about leaning, changing direction as needed and has a positive attitude. This person will support transition from traditional SharePoint to modern, cloud-centric Office 365 collaboration environment.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: There will be a HireVue and an in-person interview for all Candidates. If someone is not local, a Skype interview will be set up. 2-4 years of experience is ideal and someone with more than 4 years of experience is not needed.
