My client based in Brussels is currently looking for the following profile:
Javascript Technical Designer
Job description:
- You will reinforce a team of Javascript developers
- You will have the opportunity to participate in the development of building JavaScript frameworks for websites and web applications, running in browsers and in native mobile/tablet applications
- You will lead and coach juniors, and actively participate in architectural decisions
- You will work closely with other members of the team, and share ideas creatively within this technical environment
- Experience with software architecture and building JavaScript frameworks is a plus
- In addition, experience with UI (web) component development is a plus
Technical Skills:
. Very good skills in OO Programming
. (X)HTML(5)
. CSS 3, SASS
. Javascript (on framework level, knowledge and experience with Angular JS 2(+) and JQuery are an advantage. At least 5 years of experience on JavaScript.
. experience with Angular.js, node.js
. experience with responsive web development
Interpersonal Skills:
- is eager to learn
- is proactive and driven to achieve results
- is not afraid of new environments and challenge
- Has very good communication skills and team player
You need to understand one of the local languages ie French and Dutch and speak English fluently.
Contract length is 6 months (rolling).
