Senior JavaScript/Front End Developer - (Contract Role)
6 month contract initially
Location: Dublin
Important: This role will be based from Athlone for first couple of weeks then based from Dublin City Centre
The role & key requirements:
Senior JavaScript/Front End developer (5 years+ exp.)
Experience working with the Ymer UI SDK ideal
Proven competence in large scale SPA development
Front End architecture patterns eg MV*
Multi device development including RWD techniques and patterns
Client side testing (unit, BIT, acceptance, performance)
Familiar with latest web standards including:
o HTML5 APIs eg Serviceworkers, Web Components
o Latest ECMAscript standard including transpilers (eg Babel)
o CSS3 including common frameworks (LESS) and methods (BEM)
Familiar with popular JS frameworks and libs including:
Popular app frameworks (eg React, Angular)
JavaScript module systems (eg Require, System.js)
Build and packaging systems (eg Webpack, NPM)
The candidate:
Previous experience into a Telco company would be an advantage
Must be able to work as a team player and have fluent English
The technical skills are key for this role, so candidates must be able to display their knowledge to client
