Database Developer - 12 Month+ Contract - Brussels - €360 a dayA large European institution based in Brussels are seeking a Database Developer to join them on a long-term contract basis, with extensions very likely.
The Database Developer will be responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of database layer, multi-tiered applications. Your duties will also include, but won't be limited to:
- Data analysis and modelling
- Development and maintenance of database stored procedures
- Database configuration and optimisation
- Database integration with applications
- Definition and integration of database components
- Writing of technical documentation
It is essential that the Database Developer has a combination of relevant higher studies and professional IT experience. You will have in depth knowledge of SQL and relational database systems, as well as exposure to modelling database tools within an application development environment.
The working language for this role is English, however fluency in French and/or German is highly beneficial.
