Software Engineer - 12 month contract
Buckleigh & Williams are working with a product development business just outside of London who have secured a long term project developing safety critical devices and require the assistance of a contract software engineer. This role has the potential to extend further, and offers a flexible working environment within a very strong existing team.
The successful software engineering candidate should have experience working on safety critical product development such as medical devices or defence applications. This role requires strong C# software development skills, as well as a background in Embedded software development.
Additionally, we are looking for a combination of the following skills and experience:-
- Embedded software
- Strong C# coding skills
- Safety critical systems (medical/defence)
- Attention to detail and exposure to documentation heavy development
- Customer facing skills (potentially consultancy background)
- Team player with good communication skills
