Senior .NET Developer - FREELANCE

Rate Euros per day

6 month contract with possible extension

Our client, a prestige global professional services company based in Belgium are currently looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer. This is a global project so you must be able to hit the ground running and possess the ability to develop applications, troubleshoot and translate business requirements.

Requirements

- Develop applications and logic based on requirements

- Troubleshoot issues

- Documentation of code developed

- Share experience and knowledge with team members

- Analyze and translate business requirements

- Write design/architecture documentation

Experience

- Result driven approach, able to work against deadlines

- Capable of working in a dynamic project environment

- Able to work independently as well as in team

- Good communication skills

- Minimum 6 year's relevant experience as a .NET developer

- Hands-on experience working in Front End as well as Back End layer

- Up-to-date with latest technologies and developments

- Willing to learn and apply new technologies and best practices

- Experience with enterprise application development

- Fluent in English

Technical skills/knowledge

- C# .NET 3.5+, ASP.NET, Object-oriented programming concepts, Testing (unit testing, performance), Design patterns, Software development process, Agile programming.

Good knowledge:

- Linq, Good understanding of T-SQL, ORM (nHibernate, Entity Framework), WCF, Workflow foundation, MSMQ, Documentation writing, Dependency injection.

Preference but not essential

- AppFabric, SSRS/SSIS/SSAS, TFS, Data analytics, Load balancing, Graphic design experience
