Proteus Europe is searching for a C, Unix Programmer to work on a long term contract role with one of our clients based in Belgium.

Our Client:-
They are a well-respected consultancy company who provide a market leading service to a wide range of corporations in both the private sector (banking and insurance), and also the public sector and the European Institutions. They have a proven track record over the last 40 years and have profitably doubled in size on average every 4 years. They have a global reach and have offices in the Americas as well as in Europe and Asia Pacific.

Your New role:-

You will be joining an existing team of developers and helping with an enterprise project through to completion of the current phase. It is a big project and so a strong understanding of C running on Unix is required.

Powerbuilder is also used on this project, so any prior experience with this would be very desirable. Ideally the client would like a strong Unix, C developer who is able to program Powerbuilder, however if necessary they will reduce the PowerBuilder element as long as you have very strong C, Unix development skills.
