Required Skills (Database)
Database design from concept to implementation; specifically on multiple schema and multiple instance environments.
Development and maintenance of PL/SQL packages making full use of the latest features of PL/SQL, with specific emphasis on advanced PL/SQL.
Monitoring performance and tuning 3-tier Oracle applications in liaison with DBA team.
Formulating and implementing design and coding standards for PL/SQL.
Deployment patch Scripting.
Required Skills (Oracle Application Development)
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Forms.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Reports.
Formulating and implementing design and coding standards for Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports and Oracle Discoverer Reports.
Proficiency in Toad and/or PL/SQL Developer.
Required Skills (Oracle Application Server 10G)
Management of forms server configuration files.
Management of reports server configuration files.
Management of forms and reports services within Oracle Enterprise Manager
Required Skills (Software and Project Management)
Active participation in requirements-gathering workshops
Creating and contributing to project documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, unit test plans, system test plans and performance test plans.
Experience of using source control, such as Microsoft VSS.

Experience in skills transfer/mentoring.
Experience in meeting strict deadlines.
Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written and experience in producing well-written and well-presented documentation in the English language.
Experience of working effectively within a team and good communication skills.
Minimum or Mandatory Requirements
- Advanced PL/SQL with 7 years' experience
- 7 years' experience in the Oracle development toolset
- 7 years' experience in Support of large batch processes
