Senior Python Developer
Global investment bank with significant operations in Dublin is seeking a senior Python Developer to work within a global analytics division, working on enterprise level applications for the business. The successful candidate should have Python experience. Knowledge of either relational or object databases is also a requirement. Web development experience would be advantageous. The role will involve working on an agile team composed of cross-functional developers and business analysts; delivering new functionality to applications based on stakeholders requirements.
Responsibilities:
- As a Python Developer you will work on a global multi functional project team
- Develop and test algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Design and build complex data to support new business initiatives
- Employ the latest mind-set techniques such as agile development to deliver solutions in order to succeed
Skills Required:

Degree/Masters or equivalent experience

3+ years post-qualification technical work experience

Experience in banking/finance sector a plus

Team-player, strong analytical thinkers with excellent problem solving skills along with technical abilities in particular these areas - Python development and Relational Databases.
