Client: Financial Services
Location: London
Role: Customer Services (Inbound Calls)

Client: My client are a large financial organisation that deal with FX Transactions on a global scale. They are in a very busy period and are exceeding growth expectations year on year. A very exciting and innovative time for a forward thinking organisation.

Role: You will be tasked to handle high call volumes, process transactions, work alongside other team members to help deliver KPIs set. Experience of financial services market is a must.

Responsibilities: Support to back and Front Office functions and handling client/customer queries.

Key Experience:

- Swift/BACS/CHAPS
- Foreign Exchange/Forex/FX Market
- Barclays.NET/Bloomberg/Thomson Reuters
- Front/Back Office support

Key Attributes:

- Organisational skills
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Attention to Detail
- Proactive
- Excellent Verbal and Written Skills
