Description
C# Developer with profound SQL knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent training needed
- 7+ years' experience with C# development
- Adequate knowledge of object- oriented design and design patterns
- Strong understanding of N- Tier Architecture including Façade, Core Services as well as downstream systems ranging from SQL to Oracle or to alternative REST / SOAP services
- Profound background in services design, testing and implementation in conjunction with REST, JSON, SOAP, XML etc.
- Know- how of unit and integration tests based on XUnit, NUnit, MsTests, JavaScript and .NET Task library
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Analysing needs of users as well as software requirements to specify design feasibility within given time and cost frame
- Performing task- analysis and estimates along with proof- of- concepts and prototypes as components of the analysis procedure
- Adjusting existing software to fix errors, adapting to new hardware or to increase its performance
- Driving a stable architecture and promoting solid coding practices along with the will to motivate less senior team colleagues to follow the process
- Holding ownership of the code and initiating necessary steps to ensure the delivery of high quality features in set time frames
