The Continuous Delivery Engineer will IDEALLY HAVE AT LEAST 65% of the following skills:
- At least 4 years' experience in a modern programming language like Java
- At least basic knowledge of Continuous Delivery (we will make you an expert).
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a knowledge sharing mentality
- Knowledge of development tools like Git, Maven, Artifactory and Jenkins
The Continuous Delivery Engineer will perform the following responsibilities
You will explain Continuous Delivery basics, our tools and deliver hands-on support to teams working on a diversity of products. While helping these teams you're able to gain great insights in the complex IT landscape of our organization. You will use this knowledge to further standardize the way-of-working, making sure all teams can benefit from best practices. In the upcoming year we will expand our CDaaS offering abroad, during this expansion you will work closely with-IT experts from different countries. In the end you make sure that teams improve their software delivery by using Continuous Delivery as a Service.
