Your New role :-
o Working in a team of functional and technical analysts handling projects on the OSS systems within the Telenet environment.
o The Operational support systems are responsible for the configuration, activation, provisioning and maitenance of services and network resources. It consist of all the IT applications that support back-office activities and entails the following domains:
Network inventory management
o Resource
o Service
Service fulfillment
o Service order mgmt
o Service provisioning and activation
Workforce management
o Planning
o Field support
Third party communication
o Supplier/partner
o Wholesaling
Fault management
o Error handling
o Reporting
o Cooperation with other teams to realize projects End-to-End
Online team - Customer facing web applications and apps
BSS Rating and Billing team: pre-billing, post-billing, realtime rating for mobile and fixed
BSS Sales and Customer service: customer and product management, customer care
Your Skills and experience :-
Essential Skills :-
o Analysis
Abstract domain
Bespoke or off-the-shelf applications
o Solution writing for different stakeholders
o Technical background is a must
SQL, XML/XSD, SOA, Java
o Close connection to engineering
o Telecom knowledge is a plus
o Soft skills required
o Result driven
o Clear communicator
o Ownership
o Team player
o Language requirement:
o Fluent spoken and written English is a must
Desirable Skills :-
o NL or FR is a plus
