Review plans & confer w/research staff re experimental building & mixing capabilities &
dvlp new products/processes. Reqs Bach in Engg/equiv & 7 years tire research & dvlpmnt exp
incl 7 yrs: product & tire performance; 3 yrs: release notice process, initial spec
dvlpmnt & serial production start; 2 years working w/diverse teams; business mgmt systems
like Nexus & Core; working in plant setting; plant process systems like FFDAX, RICP,
ETO-PRIO, MCAT, SAP, GUTS plant & CTD client plant; 1 year auto industry project mgmt.
Supervise 3 direct & 23 indirect. On call 24/7 & work any of 3 reqd shifts. Reqs 4 wks
