DevOps Engineer with Tibco/Java experience
For a big international client in Amsterdam we are looking for a DevOps Engineer with Tibco and Java experience. Our client has set up a new programme to simplify their application architecture. With a lifespan of around five years, this software should impact positively on their entire organisation. The programme is divided into several projects that should serve all the purposes of their strategy.
The project The running application is outdated, thus it must be converted from Tibco into Java. The Tibco code must be re-written into Java. Therefore we are looking for a developer who will focus roughly 60% on Java and 40% on Tibco.
Profile (desired skills & experience)
- Bachelor degree
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Extensive experience in software development with at least 5 years of hands-on Java programming
- Extensive experience in using Tibco software
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration tools like: GIT, Sonar, Jmeter, Jenkins, Fortify, Cucumber
- Having an agile mind set, fast to adapt constant changes and feeling comfortable with it
- Focused on what is most important at all time, realizing when to change the game plan and when to stick to it
- Good social and communication skills
- Open, you say what you mean and mean what you say
