ServiceNow Architect. One of my blue chip clients is urgently looking for a ServiceNow Architect for a 3-6 month contract in Oslo, Norway.

The ServiceNow Architect will:

Strong ServiceNow technical skills (development)
Incident
Change
Request fulfilment
ServiceNow Catalo
ServiceNow Service Portal
Integrations (batch, Web Services/APIs - REST and SOAP, etc.)
Strong customer interaction and leadership skills
Understanding of Architecture and Infrastructure organizations and operational processes (ITIL/IT Service Management background)
Understanding of User Experience techniques
Strong Communication and Facilitation Skills - Ability to conduct knowledgeable process/tool discussions/workshops with customer
