Description
We are looking for one "Senior web Front End developer" to start ASAP contract until 31 DEC 2017 (initial, extensions possible) for an internat Org' client in Rome. Our client is a world-famous international organisation and a great reference in any CV! English speaking environment.
Our client has a growing portfolio of web applications leveraging Ruby/Rails and other web technologies.
TASKS
The consultant will be responsible for customizing and testing a personalized web Front End for the new 2-factor authentication captive portal.
Specifically, the consultant will;
- Provide expertise on customizing HTML templates using a proprietary framework
- Implement multi-device HTML templates (laptop, tablet, mobile devices)
- Provide support while testing the customized pages
- Serve as a liaison to internal customers, and other business support areas
- Provide expertise on the security hardening of internal and public-facing web applications
- Update the IT Knowledge Base, ensuring application documentation is up-to-date and available
- Any other support duties as required
EXPERIENCE
The selected consultant must have minimum 6 years enterprise development experience, of which 4 years' experience will be with multidevice web Front End development.
Technical Requirements:
- Excellent development skills in HTML/CSS and other web technology platforms
- Multidevice responsive HTML Front End development
- Container architecture such as Kubernetes
- Design and debugging of TCP/IP(v4) networks
- Configuration Management
- Knowledge of GIT versioning systems
- Operating Systems: Mac OSX, Linux, Windows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English essential.
